Getting Started with Our Welcoming Dental Office
Dental appointments shouldn’t be complicated. At Amburgey Dental, we want to take the stress out of that whole process. On this page, you’ll find information that you should know before visiting us for the first time. Please take a moment to go over this information so that you can be better prepared to have an efficient, positive dental experience with us.
Your First Dental Visit
Your first appointment will start with a warm greeting from our front desk staff. They’ll make sure you’re comfortable during the very short time you’ll be waiting. You’ll soon meet with Dr. Amburgey and one of our hygienists, who will get to know you and your smile goals before examining your mouth, discussing their findings with you, and, if need be, developing a treatment plan. We’ll provide educational materials to help you fully understand any treatment we recommend.
New Patient Forms
In order for our team to begin getting to know you, we must collect some information from you first, such as your medical and dental history and your insurance information. You can complete these forms in our dental office, but if you want your visit to run as smoothly as possible, we ask that you download, print, and complete these forms beforehand and bring them with you. That way, your already short wait time will be even shorter!
